Kuttolsheim has two partially Romanesque buildings:
The chapel of Sainte-Barbe features a 13th-century Romanesque choir-tower built over a sulphurous spring with therapeutic virtues already known in ancient times.
– The church of Saint-Jacques le Majeur also has a Romanesque bell tower-choir dating from the second half of the 12th century. It has five storeys. The first four storeys are of decreasing height, the fourth has geminated windows, and the last one dates from the 19th century.
