The church of Saint-Michel is one of the oldest in the Haut-Rhin. It was first mentioned in a charter in the 8th century. However, at the end of the 18th century, it was rebuilt due to its poor condition. It was subsequently renovated in 1900 when a fragment of the ceiling broke during a midnight mass. Finally, in 1945, the church underwent further renovations after the bombings of the Second World War. Its bell tower has been listed as a historic monument since 1901.
